Bentley Prince Street Named a Best Place to Work

City of Inustry, CA, Sept. 10, 2008--For the second year in a row, California carpet manufacturer Bentley Prince Street has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles in 2008 by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

“We’re thrilled to again be named a best place to work, which is truly the result of the passion and commitment of all our Bentley Prince Street associates as we work together to pioneer a new model for sustainable manufacturing,” said Anthony Minite, president of Bentley Prince Street.

Bentley Prince Street was named a best place to work among large companies (250 or more employees) in the county in every industry.  The process included a rigorous analysis of every area of Bentley Prince Street’s business, collecting detailed data through an Infrastructure and Practices Inventory employer questionnaire that evaluated policies, practices and demographics, as well as an Insight Survey conducted among 250 randomly selected associates to measure employee engagement.
